Ensuring a Smooth and Transparent Experience

General Refund Policy

Our wall climbing gym is committed to providing a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our members and visitors. We understand that sometimes plans change or unforeseen circumstances arise, and we aim to accommodate these situations with a fair and transparent refund policy.

Membership Refunds

Monthly Memberships: Refunds for monthly memberships are available on a pro-rata basis, only if unused days equal or more than 20 days. A 10% reduction on the pro-rata fee shall be retained as service charge.

Quarterly or Annual Memberships: A pro-rated refund will be issued based on the number of months remaining in the membership period.

For example, if a member has used our facility for a single day only, refund shall equal two-months pro-rata for quarterly and eleven-months pro-rata for annual memberships. If a member has used our facility for thirty-two days only, refund shall equal one month pro-rata for quarterly and ten-months pro-rata for annual memberships. The same logic shall be applied for all refunds.

Class and Course Refunds

Weekly or Day Passes: No Refunds shall be provided. However, we will reschedule your booking subject to availability of the facility.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at matrixwayanad@gmail.com. Be sure to include your purchase details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of approval.

Additional Information

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

– All refunds are subject to approval and may be denied if the terms of the refund policy are not met.
